Quartz windows exhibit excellent optical properties, with high transparency not only to visible light but also to ultraviolet and infrared radiation. They are also resistant to acids, except for hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid above 300°C. At high temperatures, quartz can withstand sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, aqua regia, neutral salts, carbon, sulfur, and other corrosive substances. Its chemical stability is approximately 30 times that of acid-resistant ceramics and 150 times that of nickel-chromium alloys and ceramics. Quartz is resistant to high temperatures, thermal shock, and has an exceptionally low thermal expansion coefficient.

Transparent in the ultraviolet and visible spectrum; no absorption band in the range of 185-250nm; strong absorption band in the range of 2600-2800nm; non-luminescent and optically stable under light radiation.
2. Ultraviolet Optical Quartz Glass JGS2
Transparent in the ultraviolet and visible spectrum; no absorption band in the range of 200-250nm; strong absorption band in the range of 2600-2800nm; non-luminescent and optically stable under light radiation.
3. Infrared Optical Quartz Glass JGS3

Quartz windows are typically made by cutting, grinding, and polishing quartz ingots, with a silicon dioxide content of over 99.99%. They have a hardness of Mohs scale 7 and exhibit characteristics such as high temperature resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, and excellent electrical insulation properties. Quartz windows have a visible light transmittance of over 85%. Quartz glass can be broadly classified into fused quartz glass and synthetic quartz glass. It possesses excellent heat resistance, light transmission, electrical insulation, and chemical stability.
Due to its various characteristics, quartz glass is an indispensable material in modern technology, atomic energy industry, automation systems, as well as industries such as semiconductor, metallurgy, chemical, communication, laser, optical instruments, laboratory instruments, medical equipment, and defense. Its applications are extensive.
Our company provides high-performance quartz windows and can process them into different sizes and shapes according to your requirements, ensuring excellent optical performance (no bubbles, no striae). The dimensions range from 2.0mm to 750mm in circular, square, and custom-shaped pieces. They can be drilled and processed according to drawings.
