Product Introduction:

Our company produces high-quality slab sand sourced from premium natural vein quartz mines. Through processes such as crushing, washing, screening, color sorting, sand production, magnetic separation, acid leaching, water filtration, and vacuum dewatering, the quartz is refined into quartz sand powder (above 325 mesh) and quartz sand (4 mesh to 200 mesh). It has a SiO2 content of ≥99.5% and Fe2O3 content of ≤20PPM. The sand (powder) features high whiteness, good transparency, uniform particle size, and smooth rounded particles. It is suitable for the production of high-end engineered quartz stone building slabs.

Product Uses:

  Engineered quartz stone slabs are composite materials made from 93% to 95% quartz sand, around 7% unsaturated polyester resin binder, pigments, curing initiators, and other auxiliary agents. They are formed through curing and shaping. These slabs are characterized by their hardness, compact structure, rich colors, abrasion resistance, pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and impermeability. They have gained widespread application in the market and are the fastest-growing variety among artificial stone materials.
